Our Approach
We have found that experimenting with new behaviours at work and assessing their impact within the psychologically safe space of the coaching relationship consistently delivers valued results to both leaders and their organizations.
We initiate each coaching engagement with a 360 review that provides concrete data on the client’s leadership effectiveness.
This data is then used to inform an Individual Development Plan that includes a commitment to try new behaviours at work.
These “micro-experiments in behavioural change,” along with their impact, are then debriefed in dialogue with the coach to support the development of new habits.
About Us
Toronto Executive Coaching was founded by Julian Humphreys in 2023 in response to requests for coaching services at scale.
Julian has been an ICF-certified Executive Coach since 2015.
He began his coaching career as an Associate Coach with many of Toronto’s leading coaching firms.
Drawing on his background in Psychology and Philosophy, he quickly established himself as a thought leader in the field of coaching, published in both the popular and academic press.
Since 2018 he has delivered advanced coach training to coaches around the world.
As a result, Toronto Executive Coaching is now in a position to provide personally vetted, psychologically-aware, ICF-certified coaches at scale to organizations delivering large and/or international coaching projects.
